How would you arrange my living room?

Help! We're moving into this house and will be purchasing all new furniture for our living room (everything pictured is not ours). We were originally thinking of a sectional consisting of: RAF chaise + middle love seat + LAF cuddler all placed under the window with a TV on the opposing long wall, but now reconsidering our options.

We definitely want a sectional with a chaise lounge of some sort, but very open to everything else. We are open to blocking the fireplace as we will rarely be using it. How would you style/arrange our living room?!

Dimensions of two walls are:

- 6' (small wall w/current love seat)

- 13' 9" +/- (large wall under window - also has vents on floor under window)

... Can't remember what the other dimensions were, but see photos below:

You can use a sectional on the wall facing the fireplace with the chase under the window I'm assuming it's going to be the size of a love seat and a sofa facing the window

You can float the sectional in the middle of the room with the right angle under the window. You would be closer to the tv. I wouldn’t block the fireplace but I would paint or replace the wood surround. And move the fan to the middle of the room.

Definitely. move the fan.
I'm unsure about a sectional in such a rectangular space.
If you can draw the room, with dimensions, it would really help.

Please don’t limit your room with a sectional. So many regret this choice with rooms that don’t accommodate this type furniture. So post the measurements of this room and I can do a scale drawing and give you specific sizes that will work including possible sectional. Measurements are your friend against big mistakes and costs. Kudos for posting this dilemma and asking before you make decisions. Smart!
