I would recommend you visit a showroom that carries a number of different manufacturers of quartz countertops. Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo is a great faux marble, as is Daltile One White Statuary. I don't know if either of these are shown above. The trick is to find one that doesn't look like the pattern has been photo printed onto the slab. You'll see what I mean when you compare different options. A lot of people like Cambria Ella, but it's a very bold pattern and you'll need to be more mindful of seams in fabrication.

P.S. That center photo looks like actual marble, not quartz.
