Did our painters do a poor job?

We hired professional painters to do the trim and doors in an older home we purchased and are renovating. We painted the walls ourselves but wanted a high quality job on the things that usually take a more skilled hand. I'm concerned that we received poor service but I would like to know if I am being too picky. Here are some issues I have:

1. They took some of our supplies when they left though I can understand how paint supplies can get mixed up.

2. They used our drywall compound then left it open and let it dry out with 75% of the product still in the tub.

3. They did not prime the areas that already had white paint with wood bleed as I discussed with their sales rep.

4. They did not paint the trim and doors on the inside of the closets.

5. They got paint and/ or caulk on switch plates, counters, freshly painted walls, etc. and showed no attempt to wipe it up or cover it or fix it in any way.

6. This is probably petty but I was constantly flushing toilet and cleaning up trash after them.
