Divide laundry room in basement and create small powder room.

Currently have unfinished laundry room, with tiled floor, a window and a open wall of storage with coated wire shelves. Houses vacuum cleaner, baskets ironing board and tubs of cook books as well as dishes, cooking supplies and cookout supplies. Raised ranch style home.
