None of these plans are that great. The 2 and 5th one are the best- but still not great. Wet rooms are polarizing, so if you're only there for 2 years I wouldn't go for it. Same thing goes for open closets. Keep things simple for buyers.

The weird L shaped closet is wasting a lot of square footage but not providing a ton of storage. The stand alone tub is also crammed into corners in all of these designs, which is going to make it a PITA to clean.

Is a professional designing these?

Yes these are options from a professional. His first option was #5, the others are because I was trying to make the bathroom bigger. The strange shape of the back wall is a result of having to work within an existing structure for this part of the house. Any suggestions for improving 2 or 5?

Number 5, because it provides natural light in the bath and is the simplest and most efficient layout. At the closet, though, I would eliminate the right side opening and provide a door at the left side, and replace the slider at the bathroom with a swinging door for more privacy and noise reduction.
