Have you tried to go through west elm website..

You could do same colour style chairs making it a set or go for contrast or printed fabric in similar shade.

Your sofa is not very wide, so apt for little formal seating not a lounge sofa.

you are better off to get more comfortable seating accommodation to add to your existing.

For floor rug it is ideal to consider maintenance whichever style you decide to go.

I would only buy chairs my fanny (and my significant other who would be built significantly differently) has actually sat in and deemed comfortable and sturdy.

I would never buy that sort of chair online.

Jessica Charles swivels look like they match your sofa, little darker in shade but you could play around with pillows on big couch to match well. The style goes well too.

please decide on your couch only after personally trying if it is comfortable for you.

firstly it is supposed to serve as a furniture then style & looks come in as it is not solely a décor item.

Don't think home goods couch go well .. it is too boxy contemporary compared to the curved hand rest detail of your 3 seater which is a little classic in detailing.

you might want to first decide on the armchairs to fix on suitable rug.

I like the Jessica Charles chairs and the second rug you posted. The little bit of camel and rust in the rug would warm up the color scheme a bit.

Get a print on the chairs - any color you like. But please not another solid.

Could also look for pier1 imports for accent chairs..

could you get single sofa of the same set .. it will be cohesive

yes single seater or twin seat with a different accent chair

You could add pattern, colour, texture with accessories.

Unless the accent chair has some similarity in style with your sofa it might not add up as a set sometimes.

It is much easier to get a cohesive look with a set of 2 or 3 & then add an accent chair to bring in variety & spice.

The best recipe is definitely the one you will relish visually :)
