My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anyone want to trade some rose cuttings?

Hey everyone, happy spring! My roses started budding out and I thought it might be a good time to see if anyone wanted to exchange some cuttings with me. Last year I traded cuttings with a few members on here and it went really well! Such a great way to get new roses for just the cost of shipping. I was looking to do it again, and would love to share some of my roses with you guys. I can send a list of what I have available to anyone who is up for it (my roses are all older antiques and Austins that are out of patent). A few I have, include La Reine, Nahema, Golden Celebration, St. Cecelia, Paul Neyron (most beautiful cut flower).. and a bunch more that I need to prune in the next few weeks. I'm specifically looking for hybrid perpetuals (I try to collect them- souvanier du dr. jamain and any other), Austins (Jude, Charles darwin, St. Swithun). I have to be somewhat selective though, since I live in a small house in NYC and can only fit so much in my yard.

    Hi Michael...are you still wanting cuttings of Belle Story? After transplanting it last year into a spot with more sun, it's doing really well! I am happy to send some to you.
