I don't have anything off hand- but I think you may want to take a peek at the Lacanche and Bluestar IGs. The colorful ranges are usually set against white or wood or gray, but I think I have seen some bold choices occasionally on their feeds. I'll be on the look out as I waste time online tomorrow ;-)

PS I just had a quick look-see. Turns out I didn't see anything terribly unexpected. The most bold combo I say was a green range set in black cabinets (Bluestar.) Otherwise it was neutral ranges with some colorful cabinets or colorful ranges with wood, white or gray cabinets.

I found a few photos for your consideration. The last one is super colorful and eclectic, so I think if you like the idea of lots of color everywhere, go for it. I think that can be fun, energizing, and definitely different from the mainstream.

As as an artist, who also loves bold and bright colors, I have to share, just as an alternate point of view, that neutral colors (white wood, gray, and black) can play a huge role in vistas and scenes that are aesthetically pleasing to us. Neutrals help the bright colors stand out and become a focal point. And they can provide a sense of calm and a place for the eye to “rest” so we can take in the design or story that has been crafted for us to see. These are lessons that I’ve learned from studying impressionist masters like Monet, Van Gogh, and Cezanne, as well as many others.

So, I think your green blue star oven will probably look great almost no matter what you choose, but your choices will greatly effect the overall feeling of your space, so be sure to make choices that will work for you.

As you know the island colour really depends on the floors,the size of the kitchen,the amount of soapstone,and,as ever, the natural light. I would bet on you ending up with a fabulous kitchen.

A subtle grayed lavender, or even a strong lavender, is the complimentary color to your green.
