I keep meaning to watch the British House of Cards. Maybe now that everything is in hiatus I can get DH to give it a try.

I’ve watched TWW all the way through so many times. I do recall that originally they were going to have Santos lose the election but when the actor that played a Leo died they didn’t have the heart to have Santos lose both Leo and the election. So they rewrote the storyline.

Adding Orphan Black to my list.

M.A.S.H. was the first that came to mind and I agree with Newhart as well. I was an E.R. fan and fairly happy with that ending, Didn’t watch Justified or so many others.

I'm looking forward to Big Bang Theory finale in a couple of weeks. It'll be interesting to see how they wrap it up. I have a feeling that they won't.

Most of the shows I watch just get cancelled but I do remember MASH. Although Star Trek Voyager, they beat the Borg and got home.

Six Feet Under had the best ending ever IMO and Weeds was also well done.

Six feet under was a favorite, it did a good job as I recall.

Many people hated the ending of the Sopranos, I think it was apropos.

The Third Watch had a fabulous finale.

And who could forget the famous ending of Newhart.

M*A*S*H was a real tear jerker.

Not the real end, but the season-end of Dallas. Oh what a summer, worrying about who shot JR!! Turns out, nobody.

Oh I forgot Lost. What a controversy and such discussion that it created. I liked it.

Breaking Bad. Made me bawl like a baby but cant imagine how else it would have ended.

I haven’t watched too many shows from start to finish, but I enjoyed the final episodes of Friends and Everybody Loves Raymond.

Bunny....the original Twin Peaks had an ending. My neighbor guessed it, which blew me away.

I forgot about Friends. I loved Newhart and St Elsewhere but can't for the life of me remember the finales.

Another show I liked was Thirty-something. Can't remember how it ended either but I do remember DH used to call it The Whiners.

I loved Six Feet Under but can’t recall how it ended, was it the entire final season or just the final episode that everyone liked?

The ones that stick in my mind are Newhart, Seinfeld, and Mary Tyler Moore. I also remember the final episode ofA,ice because my son cried . He was so sad that they would never see each other again. We still laugh about that.

Yes, totally agree that Newhart was the best TV finale period. But it really only works well if you are familiar with both Newhart shows. MASH was memorable as well, think I saw that in reruns. Friends was good. Was disappointed in Seinfeld ending. Stuck with the Gilmore Girls but the first ending of the series was eh. The ending of the more recent 4 part update was better.

Sadly with most of the more recent tv I tend to tune out prior to the last season or if I am still watching the show is cancelled without a true finale.
