Climbing rose problems

Hi all

i am hoping for for some guidance. Last November I planted a bare root Paul’s lemon pillar climbing rose against the wall of my home. It is now around 2 feet tall with 3 main canes. I have noticed that the leaves are curling upward and appear dry on their margins and the typical serrated edges of those leaves appear overly pronounced. Some of the leaves appear unusually narrow and some appear to have a yellowing at their tips. Can anyone provide a diagnosis please? Many thanks

Maybe rose rosette disease or maybe chemical injury such as that produced by herbicidal spray drift for instance.
