Ranch-style home. Beams exposed. What are my lighting options? Thought to drywall between beams, leaving small bit of beam profile exposed and put in cans. Other option is to leave ceilings in original state and add some sort of track or other lighting. My husband dislikes the look of track lighting. Am I being crazy or is it possible to hollow out a space in beams to put in cans? Any ideas for track lighting where the track is "invisible"?
