Are your gutters green? Do you want to keep them?

Sorry forgot to mention that this is a hillside home and must blend into surroundings so no white allowed. The location also makes it challenging to photograph.

Thanks groveraxle... liking gray and black. Similar to your lighter gray... front door is going to be a white oak clear stained.

Maybe go darker. I'd do something to boost the contrast a bit.

Good idea on the cedar... but the 50 year old redwood was in pretty good shape in most places.
