Uttermost. Most lighting stores sell them and should be able to order them for you.

my personal source-Etsy and similar sites/stores/places where sellers sell both vintage and/or unique pieces they make

In terms of new-would depend on a style.

    What style do you prefer?

What size are you looking for?

One can get really stuck with a bigger mirror, because of the charges for return shipping, even if they ship to you free. Always read the return policy very carefully if ordering online. Or ask about in the store.

I also had a pretty good experience with Wayfair..and with another site, but they're very whimsical.

I understand that TJMaxx is local experience..never saw there a mirror or lamp I'd like. Very few choices too, in these, where I live. But a good spot to hunt bedding, things for kitchen, etc. Check yours, definitely, to see what they offer.

Kirkland's is a great source for mirrors, lamps, and accessories. Great prices, too.

Depends on price point! If it’s a quick, low cost purchase Homegoods! Have found wonderful mirrors at second hand shops too! Uttermost, John Richard and Chelsea house are my faves.

La Barge, Decorative Crafts and Mirror Fair are other very high end mirrors that are worth looking for on line . It depends what you are wanting ! It pays to shop second hand for these very high end mirrors ; your patience can really pay off!

You could always have one made at a frame shop. Pick your frame, tell them the size, choose if you want a bevel and boom - custom mirror.

You certainly can do that Detail designs! That’s a good idea if you want a simple shape for sure. If you need something more period design it gets tricky though and you need to either spend a lot or search a lot;)!

I recently bought a large mirror originally purchased at Horchow through a local on-line auction house. I got a high quality mirror at a below market price and didn't have to worry about shipping costs/hassles. I would do it again. Everything But the House is a good resource if you're located anywhere near their auction centers.
