A new front door with glass and wider trim around the windows I am not sure what front windows you want to add a pergola to and I do not see the hot tub area.

I would paint the bright white trim around the windows to cream/ivory instead of bright white.

Upper window sashes would look good with chunky SDLs but that’s not something I would change unless I was changing the windows anyway.

I love the reddish color...it’s not too red, nor too bossy. We have no clue where the hot tub is, but it must be out back somewhere. It should be screened for privacy from the road, and a pergola would be wonderful on a rainy day like today here in Michigan if your mosquitoes are under control. A screened covered porch might be even better.

New door in a lighter color, thicker trim around the windows. Address numbers or an address plaque by the front door. You have a nice front garden. Cute house.
