I'm so totally confused on how to set up my kitchen. It's a large kitchen with open concept to family room. The island can have up to 4 stools and the space can accommodate a large table but problem is the light is not centered for a large table. it's off to one side so I can either put a small round table under it because it's near the patio door. What would make more sense-- put a larger rectangular table where current table is (this one looks too dark and small here) and MOVE a new light over it. OR put a 48-60" round table under the current pendant light(and have much more openness in the kitchen). We also have a dining room so I dont know if having a large rectangular table would be like too much seating!
