Help! Just one last decision for bathroom renovation!

I can't go on vacation until the contractor gets the material list! All we have left are the vanity lights. I'd love to get feedback/ideas. Here's an idea of where we are with the 1980s long, narrow blue lagoon. This is the current layout w/bath-shower opposite the toilet (wall paper is down and we're ready to let the guys at it!):

The floor will be those 6 in porcelain hex tiles in off white w/narrow as possible grout lines (not rectified tile) in light brown/sand to match tone of vanity. So, visual busyness in room will be on floor. The shower/bath will have rectified (minimal/no grout line) off white large format tiles. There will not be a shower enclosure, but a shower curtain. Bath, toilet, sinks will be white. Double sinks will be undermount with square profile and curved basin. Vanity countertop (and pony wall topper) will be warm, whitish quartz - cashmere (see below). We used it in laundry room with same cabinets and it looks good. Also will have a slight mitered edge to give that 8-foot countertop length some slight visual weight. We did that in kitchen on island with, yep, same wood and it looks good.

Cashmere (bottom piece) countertop - flecks are brownish, but some of them look somewhat goldish when paired next to brass:

So, as you can see, lots of white warmed by wood and we're going brass (not polished - on accessories). The shower curtain will be (I think) some kind of lightly textured linen in pale green for more warmth. Here are the bath and faucets:

Two short spout faucets for vanity:

So need help with vanity lights! The mirror will be like current one, unadorned (just bevel) and one long one (5 ft x 3 ft) over sinks. We may put a floating wood shelf under it. I plan to put something in the 3 feet of countertop to left of sinks (wood tray, etc). The sinks occupy roughly 3 feet of countertop. These lights are a few ideas I have. The vanity lights will be main source of light in room. So I wanted to have lights with at least 2 bulbs in each. We like less (vs more) visual simplicity. Needs to be brass. I don't want lights on "extensions" as some farmhouse lights have, I fear it will fight with floor. But seriously, if I'm wrong, tell me. Lights will be horizontal above mirror, each one centered over sink.

Something along this line was first choice, but I'm beginning to think it's too "clunky" (love is fickle!). And this light is Circa Lighting, not sure I want to go to $650+ price point/light. But here's the idea, placed horizontally.

And here's another from Circa, same comments as above and I'm not sure I like it as much as first (which I'm falling out of love with anyway!):

This is a West Slope light, in theory it goes with faucets/shower, but not quite sold - it seems a bit busy to me:

What about this - although brass color may be slightly off - is that a big deal?:

I originally was looking at this style, but not sure it really works that well, but even now as I look at it, it doesn't look that bad, lol!!:

I'm open to all ideas and opinions, THANKS!

I like the second light even though the finish is a slightly different color. Are you having one above each sink?

I once used a piece of faux-marble windowsill as a ledge above a sink. Your wood might get splashed and look messy in a few years. If you have your fabricator make a thin ledge of your counter material, a brace may even be available in your brass color. Check with Federal Brace online.

I like the second to last one, but you need to make sure the sizes are right. Having a different color brass than the faucets will enhance the look so it's not so perfectly "matched". You could look for antiqued brass also, but stick with your modern, clean style. Make sure whatever fixture you find is the type of light you want, whether LED or regular - some just take fluorescent bulbs which are terrible in my opinion.

So, we've decided to get the West Slope light, it's OK and it's easy at this point. Now the decision is which size?? I've included a link to the fixture and am also attaching pics of a "mock up" in the room. We have some concerns about too busy/visually crowded for the intermediate size, but have to balance it against enough light, etc. The sink faucets are 39 inches apart (center to center) and we can't move them significantly because we're keeping the vanity (with new countertop). So what do you think about the 3 options? Are there any guidelines for vanity lights?

The lights will be at the height of the current fixture. The mirror (just beveled/no frame) will sit under it. It's resting on countertop now. The vanity countertop is roughly 8 feet, the mirror/sinks "occupy" about 5 feet of it.

This is the 15 3/4 inch option with lights centered over faucet (new rectangular undermount sink ~21 long):

This is the 27 3/4 inch option (4 inches between 2 lights):

And this would be a single 39 3/4 inch light (roughly from faucet center to faucet center) and 10 inches "in" on each end of mirror:

Any thoughts about visual appeal and practicality? Thanks!

I would use the two 27" ones to get the most light, and also look at putting a coordinating sconce on the side wall to the left of the sinks. If that is your main source of light you need as much as you can get.

I just found this, kind of cool (Innovations Lighting). They come in 2, 3, and 4 light variation, so some of the same spacing issues (18 in/32 in/44 in), but they are all slightly larger than their "corresponding" West Slope size. Any thoughts? I like the slightly industrial look with the other bathroom fixtures, but not too, too. And we have a farmhouse, a real one (although rambler style).

    @calidesign - ditto on the fluorescent bulbs. . .

Those are nice. I'd use one over each sink, and then put the other linear style one on the wall as a sconce.
