Medicine Cabinet with Led lights and defogger

Does anyone have one of the very tech advanced medicine cabinets with the lights and defogger and such? If so what kind and are the lights sufficient to not need an overhead vanity light? I'm thinking recessed lighting and the mirror with sconces is plenty but that's a hard thing to change after the fact. Would love the lights on the medicine cabinet to be strong. thanks for any help you can provide.
