A Peach, an Apache and a Miss

A few more first blooms today. Peach Pizazz got moved to better spot last fall and seems happier, the true color is more intense than the photo.

Happy Apache has been a slow grower but it’s in a less than ideal spot. Looks like it will have a better season. I love this bloom, it’s never leaving. the Sepals usually have more red, but this bloom is flawless today.

lovely Miss Laucious With first bloom today. This one is a bit smaller than last season’s blooms. I wish I had placed in a better spot.

Lovely Miss Laucious looks even more lovely with the hosta and heuchera in the background. Which heuchera is that, by the way? The other two daylilies are very pretty!

Debra, I think it’s Silver Scrolls, not a hundred percent sure.

Sherry - I really love heucheras. I used to grow Silver Scrolls but it died a few years ago in a drought. I still grow Plum Pudding, which is a vigorous one that I have divided several times. I bought several new ones last fall and this Spring. Wild Berry is my favorite one.
