Where is your cook top? The pots and pans should be near there.

It's right at the right edge of the pic. So maybe I need a wall mounted rack to the RIGHT of the window and move the microwave. Or get rid of the high cabinets to the right.

You have that open wall to the left of the window. I'd consider a peg board as mentioned above, or a few tiers of the bars that @momofthree Ma shows above. Just make sure you locate the studs in the wall and anchor either solution to them. Pots and pans are heavy and need support so they don't tear down your dry wall.

Eve, this is the one I used at my previous house. Don’t know how similar your options are. I had three saucepans and five skillets hang plus stockpots etc on the shelf:

I used hooks on the shelf grid, so that the cookware hung from it instead of from a separate board with hooks. You could use the one you linked with separate hooks

I don’t do well with ceiling-mounted pot racks when I have to hand pots up again, because I lol like a blindfolded kid trying to hit the piñata. Also, they should be hung over an island or another area where you won’t hit your head with low-hanging cookware.

1. I don't follow the suggestions to use the wall to the left of the sink. OP has clearly told us that the stove is on the right . Pans should be close by.

Put up a steel grid on the blank wall that is located to the left of the window to hang your pots.
