Flooret Modin flooring - gaps, hard to clean?

Hi everyone. I've narrowed down my new luxury vinyl flooring to Flooret Modin or Karndean Korlok. I'm leaning towards Flooret Modin but my husband is concerned with the noticeable gaps in the boards. He doesn't like seeing the lines and thinks debris (like our cat's litter and other really small particles) will get in between the gaps and be hard clean. Would you kindly share your experience with your Flooret Modin floors and upkeep of them? Thank you in advance.

We have Modin Flooret and love it! We have it in two bathrooms.
I just wipe it periodically with Bona. Around the toilet if I notice any spots I use a disinfectant cleaner. I’m not sure what you mean about the spaces.

If you have any samples, why not place them around your cats litter box and see if they are difficult to clean.

Great suggestion. I have 3 sample boards and just put some kitty litter on them and swept and there are a few particles that did not easily come out. UGH! I'm not a clean freak but that would drive me crazy to see small particles in between boards. I have laminate floors now and the boards butt up against each other, so nothing gets in between them. My Flooret samples click together easily but do have a very small space between the boards, so I guess I'm going with Korlok.

That’s something you wouldn’t even think of if you didn’t have cats! Too bad! I really love our floors! Good luck with whatever you choose!

Maybe you could get a rug or pad for kitty’s litter?
