Help on exterior stucco paint and fascia color

Hi! We’re building an ADU in San Diego, CA and need help deciding on colors for the exterior. I like white (not tooo bright) and a gray fascia. I’m looking for exact color names so I can go order some swatches to paint on it. Any advice is much appreciated! Also the house is facing the sun.
