Bathroom Wainscoting. What would you do?

Hi all,
We are in the process of remodeling. Final decisions are how to finish the trim around the tub. We were thinking of using water proofed MDF to do the following sketches below. All of the wall wainscoting would be painted white. But the vanity and tub surround wainscoting would be painted a different color but the same color to make it look uniform.
Which wainscoting do u like best? I posted pictures below to guide you with our ideas. The last pic has our 4 options. Thanks!!!
