Discovered chip in quartz counters from installation - say something?

We had counters installed a few weeks ago. I just noticed two spots where it appears the installers fixed chips in the counter. They did not raise this with me and my contractor, who was here for the installation, did not notice. Do I raise this issue? Is this common?

If they could do a miter half as well as they fixed their chips, they'd be doing well. That miter is obscene. I can see the shrunken adhesive in the picture. Beyond amateur. Do-over.

The miter is so bad that I hardly notice the chip!

Everyone, and I mean everyone, is putting waterfall counters in their kitchens, which means that mediocre counter installers, who, sure, could do a plain counter, but are now installing waterfalls whether they know what they are doing or not. Can't wait for that waterfall fad to go. We see too many bad waterfalls on this forum.
