The chairs are custom Key lounge chairs from the Jasper furniture line by Michael Smith. Both are beautifully made and supremely comfortable.
The chairs have a swivel base so that they can swivel from the conversation area to the view or to the fireplace and pop up TV across the room.

Tight-backed English Arm sofas and rolled-arm chairs are very common for manufacturers of Traditional furniture - You can find similar from a great many manufacturers and retailers such as Thomasville, Ethan Allen, Drexel, etc.

The lighting design is really nice. Do you know if these are 4" cans with shades?
