My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Have Gingko Baloba, Paw paw seeds and Russian Red pomegranite cuttings

I have some Gingko Baloba seeds and a few Shenandoah Paw Paw seeds that I intend to germinate for trade unless someone offers something interesting in trade. The paw paw seeds were self pollinated from the same Shenandoah tree, so they should be genetically pure. I grow hard neck garlic, so am interested in in hard neck variety cloves I can plant. I am in Northern VA so anything needs to be suitable for zone 7a. I have also discovered a Russian Red pomegranate that does well here and am going to take cuttings for new plants in December.     Crumbs. I wish I lived in the States! LOL! I so wanted to have Ginkgo, but further research has revealed that female version of the tree smells like vomit during flowering time. I need to make sure I buy a male version. My Jacaranda has nearly made me vomit! No laughing matter. Good luck with your exchange. I wonder if you have direct messaging on this forum. To have your email address published for the whole world to see might be a bit dodgy!
