Change the hardware there is no way a paint finish will last

Except for the polished brass, I would be happy with any of the finishes in that link. So pretty. I’m gonna keep the hardware but thanks.

Can you show a photo of your hardware? Have you tried using Rub N Buff with multiple colors? I recently did my hardware and wanted an aged bronze sort of look. I used 3 different colors of Rub N Buff. For a look similar to those in the link above, I would use two different colors. One on the body of the pull and another color around the joints. Does that make sense?

Have had good luck painting metal other colors with Rust-O'leum 2x spray paints. If you cannot find the brass color you want, would seriously consider painting them black instead.
