1) How many numbers of seating you want to plan for?

2) Are you looking for a floating sofa or sectional sofa?

3) Do you wish to use any existing furniture or planing purchase new furniture? If you are planning to use any existing furniture then I suggest you post photos.

4) A number of seats for a dining table?

5) Looking to accommodate fireplace/ TV/ or any specific element in the room?

6) flooring material and wall color preference if you have any?

2) We have an ikea soderhamn L shaped, its in between as it can become floating or sectional but we can replace it

3) We have a 160x90 wood table and a 110x70 cofee table in wood too and both rectangular. We also have an upright piano.

5) Yes we need a TV in the room.

6) Flooring will be wod in the living room and stoneware tiles in hallway and kitchen. White wall will be ok for now
