I purchased a counter height teal stool. We can’t use it because this particular stool has an awful ‘crunch’ sound if any pressure is put on it. Sounds like it’s broken inside the seat. It has done this since we purchased but we have just kept it off to the corner not using it. For $100,I believe it should be replaced. How shall we go about doing this? Thank you.
