Well... Who'd a Thunk It! Flannel and Dog Hair

I was making a backing for a top today - black flannel. I wasn't wearing my glasses and then I put them on to see better. Whoa! Now I've got to shake, roll and pick all the dog hairs off. Brand newly washed, too. Ugh. Guess I should have dragged the vacuum out before heading to the sewing room. Also I now realize it won't be a quilt that I'll be using around here any way soon, either.

Oh, Rita! I think many of us have been through that experience - love our pets, and they love our quilts and want to share their love with a bit of fuzzies!

Black fabric seems to be a magnet. Black flannel? Yikes!
