6'x7' island counter: quartz seams unavoidable? natural stone better?

Are there any slabs of quartz larger than the" jumbo" some brands carry (64/65.5", which is too small, x 121-132" ? I am hoping for something with an overall natural-looking pattern to minimize the size of the necessarily large island, and I see how terrible the seams are with patterned quartz, esp compared with the natural stones... The island will be a solid rectangle with no cut-outs; it already sized down as much as possible for the size of the K. I do like marble and quartzite, so should I just give up on quartz and look for a large enough slab in a natural stone to avoid seams? Perimeter counters will be a different plainer material, probably quartz, but depends on island and seam issues. White Kitchen, wood floors, beach house. Materials I like are very white- with a taupier, not blue/purple gray very subtle grain. Even though the look does not occur in nature, I really like Cambria Montgomery for the island, but I worry a LOT about a seam with that. What would you do??
