Where to buy a Slip Uno Lampshade Fitter

I recently had a European lamp changed to American. I'm struggling trying to find a small to medium Slip Uno Lampshade (off-white). The top of my bulb to where the lampshade would sit is approx 4.5". On Houzz, I can only find Slip Unos with a drop of 2" - therefore my bulb would show at the top of the lampshade! Ahhhh! Why is this proving so hard and a big time suck! Whine. Wine. Yes please!

because you didnt have them convert the neck to accept a standard harp. pretty easy change out or addition.
