Will adonis amurensis flowers still flower through extreme cold temps?

Mine are starting to flower already because it’s been such a mild winter, 68F today, but if the cold comes back again like in the single digits or teens, will the flowers be zapped? I know that this plant is known to flower in the late winter months and it’s flowers are tolerant of freezing temperatures to a certain degree but how low do the temps need to be to completely destroy them?
