Any idea what architectural style this home is? I’m stumped. It was built in the 1920s.
Looks like Spanish/Mediterranean Revival. Where is it located?
Italian Renaissance Revival

Does this house have an architectural style?
Ooh, that’s pretty.
Spanish revival with an art deco entry? It is pretty. The black and cream look so good together + nice windows
Spanish Revival would have a different cornice, window heads and more decorative details like this:
What is the location?
^That portico certainly needs some love.
At some point we get to where we are splitting hairs with the eclectic revivals of the 1910s and 1920s, especially when a house doesn't have a ton of ornament--like the house in question--that identifies with a certain style. Architects got to a point during the period where they were borrowing influences from several regions and styles at once.

Sadly, the City no longer has the original plans. Hoping the HOA will have something in their archive.
Hey, I used to live in that neighborhood! I thought it looked familiar! We were on Underhills.
Back in the late 70s (when I lived there), someone published a paperback book on the local architecture in Oakland. The HOA might have a copy of it, or check the library.
I'd also be willing to bet that the exterior was remodeled at least once in the past 90 or so years.
