We are renovating our kitchen. The 20 year old Thermador wall oven, microwave, warming drawer and 36” inch gas cooktop will be replaced with:

Miele XL Combi steam oven

Miele Convection Wall oven (one up from the basic)

Miele “30 inch induction cooktop (the one without bridging which had one large and one smaller hob at front where I can reach).

I will get a cheap microwave and put it in my pantry. I use my warming drawer a lot but think the CSO can take care of that.

What do you think? I don’t care that they are all Miele. I know I want the CSO and got the oven to match since they will sit together. What I am struggling with is the cooktop a bit. I like the size of the 36” but I rarely need more than two hobs and the hobs on the 36” look like a lot of reaching for me. And, sometimes I still think I should stick with gas as I like the look. No matter how much I research I can’t seem to decide between induction and gas. I feel like I’m changing my mind every day.
