I would like help identifying the Material used in this Photo. The Stone Tiles behind the TV have a specific name I can't recall, or find in my research. That's mostly what I need, however, if anyone knows about this picture, because you can find it on a ton of website, I could use more info. Iara Kilaris' website doesn't have specifics, I feel like it's just a Stock Image.

I'm trying to re-create this for a Client. Since there are no details that I can find, I am attempting to use similar enough material for the look. If you have done anything similar, I would appreciate some tips.

I've built a lot of standard housing, using 2x4 and drywall, but this is mostly new to me. The Base Cabinets are likely Framed like most cabinetry, but perhaps you know better?
