Adding a porch, stoop or entry should help relieve the flatness of the front facade. The roof looks like it has some wear on it. So, would suggest you replace if in your budget. Painted brick is very popular these days but keep in mind, once painted, the brick can't be unpainted. Landscaping would certainly help also. Good luck!

Biggest thing that would help is landscaping. Other things you could do; porch, beefier columns and maybe different trim color and a brightly painted front door.

I love love the visual of the plants and porch. Just those simple things added so much curb appeal. I do want to update the carport so my thoughts were to wrap the columns a little wider and add a railing on the side porch.

Note also the spacious landing of the porch and wide walk that is not pinched tightly to the house. The walk needs to be 6'-8' away from the foundation wall (worked out in a plan) in order that there is sufficient room for planting.
