Building a Home Design Dilemma

Need design advice on coastal home new construction

Building a new home in beach town. Decking in front of home with bay views. Most homes here are tan or white with board and batten and shingle combo. Looking for new ideas something that fits in but new ideas. Black windows vs. white.? Siding, roof, and window combo? Any new products out there you would recommend? Seeing so much of the same thing down here. Thank you.

IMO we need to see what you are planning as to style at least and this is a good time to get an architect involved.. All you will get right now is 100s of choices and you will be no further ahead.

we have already seen an architect and the plans are complete. Just interested on feedback with color schemes on exterior.
