Is this a good floor tile color choice?

I just received my tile samples in today, and I'm getting ready to place my order so Hubby and I can begin the kitchen demo in 2 weeks. I just need another set of eyes to help me make sure this tile will go well in my space. The new cabinets will be Ikea's Axstad, the countertops will probably stay a leathered Bianco Antico, and my wall color is BM Revere Pewter, with Behr Bakery Box white trim. My decor accents are pure white, navy, and a green from the faux greenery (I cannot grow plants to save my life, and yes, I have tried and tried. I just suck and kill anything that grows).

Can you all confirm that this will look okay before I order 350 sq ft of this porcelain tile. Thank you!

Thank you! I appreciate the input. There is another color that’s a bit lighter and more neutral. This one is it. Husband and son seem to like this color, but worried it may be too light against white cabinets and white subway tile. Thoughts?

Love the tile. I would select quartz for the counters.

@BeverlyFLADeziner, you prefer the first tile?

What are the floors in the other spaces? If you must I would use a simple one color porcelain tile in 12 x24 and forget the swirls which will make all the other choices so much harder.

I prefer the second tile you posted, just above, better. Sina is right, the other tile casts a pink hue in all of the photos but one. Plus, it has a lot of movement which I really don't care for, and competes with the counters.

I have been getting a lot of folks saying the warmer tile shows red/pink. The only area with granite is just the island. I plan on having laminate installed temporarily before I choose a different stone that will compliment the tile, and not compete with it. I've looked at a lot of tile styles/patterns over the last year, and have my heart set on this one, but wasn't sure to go warmer or cooler. Keep the feedback coming! Contractor is scheduled to come Saturday to give a final estimate before the tile gets ordered. I just need to choose which to go with.

@Patricia Colwell Consulting, I have hardwood in the bedrooms and living/dining room. The hardwood is Rosewood stained by Minwax.

The lighter tile will be the easiest...still enough pattern to not worry about every speck on the floor but not an overkill that will dictate the rest of your choices..since only the island has stone ....that will allow you to get a very exciting stone for the focal spot ...

Just a thought.. is the kitchen tiny?..if so i would think about a much smaller tile for an easier install and more interesting layout

Here is a photo of the kitchen currently. It’s around 200 sq feet.

Have you thought about continuing the dining room wood flooring into the kitchen?

I did consider continuing the hardwood, but I’m not a fan of it in the kitchen. I honestly love the look of tile.

Here is a photo of both tile colors. The upper 3 are cooler and grey toned, the bottom 3 are warmer with brown tones.
