Sauna bath with toilet and sink

Hello, we have a VERY small outdoor bath that has a toilet and sink, both of which are needed and we’d like to keep. However, I’d also like to use this space as a sauna or steam room. My question is, can I keep the toilet and sink? I’d replace them with smaller ones to best utilize the space, but I’m worried about hygiene and plumbing issues...can a toilet be in such a hot space?? Help!

    This is a big NO project. If you want a sauna, build a sauna. You don’t add steam to a powder room.
