In any instance where there is to be pattern matching at a seam, this should have been mapped out and provided to you in printed or digital layout form before the pieces were cut. Once installed, you risk significant damage to your slabs and cabinetry undoing all of this, and I'm not seeing that rotating the slab would gain you anything. It's not worth it.

It's not a bad seam. You want inconspicuous? Get Corian.
