Our “formal living room” is small and the layout makes it hard to use for anything. Would love layout suggestions or even ideas for how to use it for something else (already have the TV in another room).

Some things to note:

• radiator is under window so putting a couch there would block the heat
• it’s the first room you enter from the entryway
• it’s heavily trafficked (entryway — upstairs — dining area)
• willing to get rid of all the existing furniture in the photos
