Cause of yellow fig leaves? Peach leaves also. Zone 9b.

This fig was planted before we bought our home, so my estimate is it’s about 6-8 years old. Zone 9b near a flooded prairie with clay soil. Is it just poor drainage causing leaf yellowing?
i also have a young peach tree with a similar issue leaf wise.
