Looks like you'd need lighting on the ceiling to illuminate your artwork since there doesn't appear to be much room on the wall (and would add to the clutter with the vents). Suggest you take the image to a local lighting retailer to help you.

The frame is a goldish color.

There is a lot of ways to look at this, a lot has to do with how you will power it, then how much of the artwork you want to light up, the longer the fixture the more area it will cover the smaller, more of the center will be lit. NO need to go from the ceiling. Picture lights are not cheap. I would go look at the vendor House of Troy, they have specialized in this for years, if nothing else you can get a feel for the market.

We agree that you will either have to lower the picture as the vents will make everything seemed too cluttered or you will have to add a light from above. We think a light about a third of the size of the picture will do just fine! Something Slim and Gold like the examples above will give it a very clean look. House of Troy makes a range of these slim “picture lights” but they are not inexpensive. They come in battery, plug in, or hard wired electric up to about 36” wide.

You can find a wide range of these on lighting sites like LightingNY and Lamps Plus in the “open box” category or listed as “open box” or used on e-bay for better pricing. That is where I found mine.
