Young cucumber leaves turning white - any idea what this could be?

I transplanted my cucumbers into larger pots about a week ago. They were doing ok initially and then yesterday the leaves started turning white (will attach image). The soil I transplanted them into was a mix of worm castings, peat moss, and perlite. Do you think this is fungus or some other disease? Or nutrient deficiency? Any thoughts on how to treat it?
