I desperately need to buy a new oven. Are there any cooks out there who bake and cook a lot? Any Miele owners?

I am looking at the Miele h6880 single 30” wall oven. I bake a great deal in large volume including bread, hand pies, cookies, soufflés, custards, pies and handmade pizzas.
All the information and reviews I find online focus on the technology and gadgets and not the performance. I don’t care if I can control an oven with my phone when I’m out of the house. I don’t need presets. I don’t need display screens and WiFi in my appliances for godsakes. I do need an oven that heats evenly, browns evenly and produces cake layers that rise evenly. I need an oven that that can roast a chicken beautiful with moist interior and crispy skin. I need an oven that grills without filling my kitchen with smoke. I need an oven that works beautifully and dependably and I’m willing to pay for it.
