What rooms are on the other side of your porch. Could you also take a picture from furher backso we can see the whole house.

You have to consider setback requirements, if any. You could partially screen the exiting porch.

We’re ok with the setback. That porch is too small. We get a better view if we move in front of the garden. Thanks

I think I would do the proch to the right of the existing one and it could be almost a deck to be really useable you will need to remove the bushes for sure but IMO the best spot for the porch and then some nice plantings under the bedroom windows.

I too would enlarge and extend the porch on the right half of the home.

You could add a room where the smaller peak is and extend the roof with a set of French doors from the bedroom to the sunroom.

IMO just consider screening the existing porch and not bother with the 3 season room.

We've all seen the front porches that get windows and never get used as 3 season rooms and end up just being a catch-all for stuff when people walk in.

My first question was...how visible is the area from the street?...will it be visible to passing traffic?...

There doesn’t appear to be a pathway to the front door...do people usually enter there?
