I have no clue what you mean by not fully white. You either want white or something that is not white. Wit the Painters white I see gray and even maybe a purple hint is that what you want. I often just use the same color in a different sheen in a space so like your trim and ceiling in the color you have and that same color in a matte for the walls. You have to keep in mind all colors have “undertones” and you need to test them in your home. Gat the one you like now and get a sample can paint a poster board with 2 coats and move around your home to see if it works , make sure the poster board is as large as you can get. I also would suggest before doing that you make sure all your lighting is the same in every room and I like LEDs in 4000K to keep colors true.
