Do not use these tiles for a bedroom. 20" x 20" (50 cm x 50 cm) is plenty large. You will run into extreme technical difficulty getting those tiles laid in a durable manner so as not to crack. Even a 50 cm x 50 cm tile is considered large format and will require a skilled professional to install successfully. The tiles you have found are most likely meant for commercial installations with maximum uncoupling layers applied underneath.

When you get into large format tile there needs to be some prep and a really good tile setter that has experience with large format tile. I like 12 x24 “ tile more than square they are easy to work with can be done either staggered or stacked and if you want a nice clean look porcelain stacked with matching grout.
