Those are more on the yellow side of the LED color spectrum, so I think you'll be fine on the color. The difference between 2700K to 3000K will be almost imperceptible. 800 lumens isn't a geat deal of light unless it is for instance shining right into a bedroom at night, so it really depends how much the light is intefering into any other space, and that would include that of your neighbors' windows. Also a factor is whether you plan for these to be on all night or not. It's not too bright if you're turning them off for most of the night.
