help me save this Love Song

This was an own root from Chamblees, can you help me save this? I ordered 5 and most of them are doing ok but not this one. Just one bloom, it is gorgeous though.
There is no new growth. Bought may 2019. I did not prune any of them co suffering their size. It’s in a pot as all of them are.

All you can do is keep watering and taking care and it may pull itself together in time. Weak,half strength fish fertilizer at the most might help. Some just take more time.

Pull it away from what ever that green bush behind it is and prune off those dead canes. You can just prune the tips down to a 5 leaf set and that may spur some new growth.
